甜水烏龍是輕發酵香型的高山烏龍茶, 採用無農藥農法栽培, 是一款生態茶。藉由製茶師傅的手藝, 完美的結合輕發酵烏龍香及日曬香, 輔以恰如其分的焙火功力, 高溫時更散發迷人糖香, 茶湯水甜而略帶礦物質感, 回甘持久, 杯底以及杯緣散發迷人蜜香, 第二泡之後茶湯而生津漸強, 低溫主要呈現花香。
Sweet Water Oolong is a high- mountain ecological Oolong tea with light fermentation and sun baking note, with perfectly roasted, the tea has sugar- like note at high temperature, Soft and balanced aftertastes left honey fragrance in the bottom of the cup. 2nd and 3rd brews reveal a little bit sourness aftertaste and flower fragrance at low-temperature.
